Officers from the neighbourhood team have had a productive end of 6 focusing on knife crime patrols, stop and search, intelligence development and supporting vulnerable persons in Rowley and neighbouring wards.

Across patch, officers have been conducting knife crime patrols, including Britania Park where officers have provided multiple patrols, interacted with park goers regarding concerns and completed a number of stop and searches in efforts to detect and deter crime in the area.

A number of school visits have been completed by officers to educate children on knife crime.

Rowley officers have also supported neighbouring wards and departments with operational and spontaneous incidents to maximise police response to incidents.
